    I develop a Design Brief and project-specific proposal outlining the recommended services and investment.

    We develop and refine the floor plans, exterior design and 3D model through a collaborative review process.

  • Document

    The approved design progresses through technical coordination, working drawings and the documentation required for the agreed project scope.

My fees are based on the scope and complexity of the work, rather than an hourly rate. This reflects the expertise, efficiency and experience brought to your project.

Allowing time for Good Design

Thoughtful residential design requires time for exploration, review and coordination. Depending on the scope and complexity, projects may take several months to complete the design process.

We'll discuss realistic timelines and expectations before committing to work together.

I'm an Architectural Technologist with over 26 years of experience in residential design and building technology.

My approach combines practical knowledge, creative problem-solving and a genuine interest in how people live. I believe the best homes are shaped through thoughtful conversations, collaboration and attention to the details that make everyday life better.

Begin with an Initial Design Consult 

Every successful project begins with a conversation.

Our first step is a paid, 90-minute consultation where we'll discuss your goals, review your project and explore initial design considerations. You'll receive professional insight and recommendations to help you better understand the possibilities for your home.

The consultation also gives us an opportunity to determine whether we're a good fit to work together. It's a mutual commitment to the design process and an important first step in establishing a collaborative working relationship.

Following our meeting, I'll prepare a project-specific proposal outlining the scope of services and associated investment.
