Project locations such as this don’t come along too often. With the close proximity to the riverbank there were also two large design challenges we faced while pulling the design together - building height restrictions for new development in an existing neighborhood & floodplain required elevations. Our collaborative approach was that obstacles also provide an opportunity. We fine tuned the overall design in 3D to address these constraints while still delivering a home with an incredible facade, spectacular interior and open concept feel.
