Collaboration always makes a project more successful. In this case, Maison Design + Build and BMD collaborated on the floor plan concepts and then engaged with BLDG studio to execute a exterior that revived the mid century style found in the neighborhood. This brought the best out of every team member and in the end gave us a home that was a brilliant example of the midcentury style. Clearstory windows, bold tile pattern and choices and offset fireplace all lend to creating the perfect MCM on the Prairie.
